左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻32例临床分析

目的探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的手术治疗方式。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月-2008年7月间32例左半结肠癌致肠梗阻的外科治疗资料。结果行I期手术22例，行Ⅱ期手术8例，永久性结肠造口术2例；腺癌24例，黏液癌3例，未分化癌5例；术后并发切口感染2例，吻合口瘘1例，死亡1例，其余治愈，治愈率为96．9％。结论重视结肠癌致肠梗阻的认识。合理选择手术时机及手术方式是提高疗效的重要措施。

Clinical Analysis of 32 Cases of Left Colorectal Cancer Complicated with Acute Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To explore the surgical treatment of left colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction. Meth. otis Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 32 cases of left colon obstruction who were treated surgically in our hospital from January 2003 m July 2008. Results Surgical stage I, 22 cases, surgical stage II, 8 cases, a permanent colostomy in 2 cases; 24 cases ofadenocarcinoma, mucinous carcinoma in 3 cases, 5 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma; two cases of postoperative wound infection, anastomotic leakage one case, death one case, the rest were cured, with the cure rate of 96.9%. Conclusion Awareness of bowel obstruction caused by colon cancer, a reasonable choice of surgery tiom and surgical approach may be important measures to improve the efficacy.
