三种术式治疗尿道下裂84例

目的：探讨不同手术方法治疗尿道下裂的临床效果。方法：８４例采用皮管埋藏尿道成形术、膀胱粘膜代尿道术、带蒂包皮内板皮管法三种术式。结果：皮管埋藏法治愈率９０．５％，膀胱粘膜代尿道术治愈率９２．３％，包皮内板皮管法治愈率９３．８％。结论：三种手术方法各有优缺点，对于不同类型尿道下裂应正确选择术式，合理设计皮瓣。

Treatment of hypospadia with 3 different surgical methods

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different surgical methods in treatment of hypospadias.Methods:Eighty four cases were operated with 3 different methods,including urethroplasty with tube made of skin flap;with tube made of bladder mucosa,or with tube made of prepuce intima.Results:The cure rates of these 3 methods of treatment were 90.5%,92.3% and 93.8% respectively.Conclusions:Each of these 3 methods has its own merits and demerits,and none is superior to the other.Therefore,selection of appropriate method and rational flap design are important in treating different types of hypospadias.
