| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃癌前黏膜变化的规律。方法对79例老年胃癌患者的胃镜随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果癌前期变化进展至胃癌的平均时间：萎缩性胃炎9.53年,肠上皮化生9.16年,异型增生4.07年,肠上皮化生（中、重度）＋异型增生（中、重度）3.89年。胃癌中部分患者并不经历肠上皮化生或异型增生阶段。结论对胃黏膜异型增生和肠上皮化生等病变患者的胃镜随访有利于提高胃癌（特别是早期胃癌）的检出率。
