胃痞颗粒对胃癌癌前病变患者胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡及Bcl-2 P53 Fas蛋白表达的影响

目的观察胃痞颗粒对胃癌癌前病变患者黏膜上皮细胞凋亡及调控蛋白表达的影响。探讨胃痞颗粒治疗胃癌癌前病变的作用机制。方法46例患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组16例,治疗组用胃痞颗粒一号与胃复春片一号,对照组用胃痞颗粒二号与胃复春片二号,连续应用6个月,进行相关检测。结果治疗组患者细胞凋亡指数治疗后比治疗前明显提高,也比对照组治疗后升高显著;Bcl-2、P53、Fas蛋白表达结果治疗组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义。结论胃痞颗粒对胃黏膜癌前病变有逆转治疗作用。胃痞颗粒通过抑制Bcl-2、P53(突变型)蛋白表达,促进Fas蛋白表达和细胞凋亡指数增加,从而有利于胃黏膜异型增生的上皮细胞发生凋亡,这可能是胃痞颗粒治疗癌前病变获效的机制之一。

Effects of Weipi granules on cell apoptosis and expressions of Bcl-2 P53 and Fas in patients with precancerous gastric mucosal lesions

Objective To investigate the effects of Weipi granules on gastric mucosa epithelial cell apoptosis and expressions of Bcl-2,P53 and Fas in patients with precancerous gastric mucosal lesions,and to study the mechanism of Weipi granules for treatment of this condition.Methods Forty-six patients were randomized to receive Weipi-I granules and Weifuchun-I tablets(treatment group,n=30),Weipi-II granules and Weifuchun-II tablets(control group,n=16)for 6 consecutive months,then subjected to designated tests.Results After medication,the treatment group showed increased and higher apoptosis index as compared with the controls.Significant differences were also indicated in expressions of Bcl-2,P53 and Fas between the two groups.Conclusion Weipi granules showed a regression of precancerous gastric mucosal lesions.The suppressed Bcl-2 and mutant P53 expressions,enhanced Fas expression and an increase in apoptosis index,all these factors constitute a therapeutic benefit for normal programmed cell death in heterotypically proliferative gastric mucosa,may contribute to the efficacy of Weipi granules in these patients.
