| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脉冲振荡法(IOS)对肺癌患者呼吸阻抗的测定。方法:对46例健康者和53例肺癌患者进行IOS各项指标的测量,对所有指标进行t检验。结果:肺癌患者共振频率(Fres)、外周阻力(Rpc)、脉冲频率在5Hz、20Hz时的气道粘性阻力(R5、R2O)明显增加,与健康对照组有显著差异。结论:肺癌患者Rpc、R5、R20均有增加,肺癌患者呼吸阻抗的测定在鉴别肺癌的类型上无意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the detection of airway resistance by IOS in patients with lung cancer.Methods: The All the indices of airway resistance in 48 healthy adults and 53 patients with lung cancer were detected,and the results were examined by t test.Results: Resonant frequency(Fres),the total airway resistance(R_5),central airway resistance(R_(20)) and peripheral resistance(Rpc) increased significantly in patients with lung cancer compared with that of healthy adults.Conclusion: The indices of airway resistance of the patients with lung cancer increased,but it is of no value in distinguishing the type of lung cancer. |
