摘 要: | 摘要:目的 研究竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 取清洁级Balb/c小鼠,腹腔注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)制备免疫功能低下小鼠模型;摘取脾脏称重并计算脾指数,流式细胞术检测T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+ T细胞、CD8+ T细胞)比例、B细胞及NK细胞比例的变化;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量。结果 竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物可提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数,提升体内CD4+ 、CD8+ ,B淋巴细胞及NK细胞比例,提高血清中IL-2、IFN-γ含量。结论 竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物可增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能,且效果优于单独应用竹节参皂苷和竹节参多糖。

Immunomodulatory effects of saponin-polysaccharide and Panax japonicus composition on cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice |

Abstract: | Abstract:Objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of total saponin-polysaccharide composition from rhizoma Panax japonicus on immunosuppressed mice. Methods In this study, immunosuppressed murine model were established in Balb/c mice induced by cyclophosphamide(Cy).The splenic indexes were evaluated,and the percentages of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ T cells, B cells and NK cells in peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometry. the serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ were detected by ELISA. Results Immunodepressed mice treated by total saponin- polysaccharide composition from Panax japonicus displayed high splenic indexes, marked increasing percentage of peripheral blood CD4+, CD8+ T cells,B cells , NK cells and high serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ. Furthermore, their improvements of immune function were more obvious than in mice treated with saponins orpolysaccharide singly. Conclusion The total saponin- polysaccharide compositions from Panax japonicus can immprove immune function on the Cy-induced immunodepressed mice. |
