| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨凋亡抑制基因和凋亡促进基因bax表达与肝细胞癌生物学行为的关系及对肝细胞癌预后的关系。方法：用免疫组化LSAB法测定40例肝癌细胞和16例正常肝组织的bcl-2和bax蛋白表达水平。结果：bcl-2及bax蛋白表达阳性率在正常肝组织和肝细胞癌分别为12．5％（2／16）、45．0％（18／40）、87．5％（14／16）、52．5％（21／40），两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。bcl-2、bax蛋白表达与肿瘤病理分级、分期、淋巴结转移及患者预后相关。结论：bcl-2和bax蛋白的表达参与肝细胞癌的发生及进展，并存在相互作用的关系。bcl-2蛋白表达在肝癌有独立预后价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the role and the prognostic effect of bcl-2 and bax in the development to liver cell carci noma. Methods： Bcl-2 and bax expression was investigated in 40 cases of liver cell carcinoma and 16 cases of mormal liver tissue by immunohistochemistry LSAB method. Results： The positive rates of bcl-2 and bax expression were 12.5%（2/16） and 87.5%（14/16） in normal liver tissue and 45.0%（18/40） and 52.5%（21/40） in liver cell carcinoma.The difference was of significance （P〈0.05）.Bcl-2 and bax expression levels were associated with histological grade stages,lymph node metastasis and prognosis. Conclusion： The increased expression of bcl-2 and decreased expression bax might be involved in the development of liver cell carcinoma, and they might have a mutual effect on each other, bcl-2 protein is an independent indicator of prognosis in liver cell carcinoma. |
