心包置管引流及腔内化疗治疗肺癌所致心包积液27例临床观察

目的 观察经皮心包置入单腔中心静脉导管持续引流并注入化疗药物治疗肺癌所致心包积液的疗效、毒副反应和并发症.方法 27例经皮穿刺将单腔中心静脉导管置入心包腔持续引流,引流干净后注入DDP、Pym、VP-16等化疗药物.结果 27例中,14例完全缓解,5例好转,8例无效.总有效率为70.4%(19/27),无明显毒副反应.结论 经皮心包置管引流及腔内化疗是一种有效、安全、毒副反应可以耐受、无严重并发症的治疗肺癌所致心包积液的方法.

Clinical Observation of Pericardial Injections in the Treatment of Pericardial Effusion in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the effectiveness, complications and safety of inserting central venous catheter into pericardial cavity for the treatment of hydropericardium caused by lung cancer by injecting chemotherapy drugs. Methods A central venous catherter was kept into pericardial cavity by pericardial puncture for drainage, then DDP,Pym,VP-16 were administered. Results Among 27 patients, complete response was seen in 14 cases, and partial response in 5,no change in 8,little side effects appeared. Conclusions This method is effective, convenient,and relative ~afe for the treatment of hydropericardium caused by lung cancer and without apparent complications.
