| 摘 要： | 目的 为观察睑板腺囊肿组织中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的异常表达,探讨睑板腺囊肿的确切病因。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学染色法,对42例睑板腺囊肿内容物中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的分布与表达进行研究。结果 研究显示42例中30例呈阳性表达,12例阴性。结论 白细胞介素-6的异常表达与睑板腺囊肿发生关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the abnormal expression of lnterleukin-6 (IL-6) in the tissue of chalazion and to find out the exact palhogenesis of chalazion. Methods The SABC immunohistochemical staining was applied to 42 samples of chalazion content to study the distribution and expression of IL-6. Results Compared with that in the control group (p<0.01), the positive rate among patients with chalazion was higher (30 cases revealed positive result in 42 cases). Conclusion The abnormal expression of IL-6 is correlated closely with the occurrence of chalazion. |
