肺结核合并乙型肝炎病人心理健康状况及社会支持状况研究

目的]探讨肺结核合并乙型肝炎病人心理健康状况及领悟社会支持水平,明确两者的关系。方法]选取148例肺结核合并乙型肝炎病人作为实验组,90名健康个体作为对照组,使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）对两组进行调查。结果]两组SCL-90各因子得分、家庭内支持因子得分差异有统计学意义;总体社会支持和家庭外支持得分差异无统计学意义。肺结核合并乙型肝炎病人SCL-90得分与社会支持得分呈负相关。结论]肺结核合并乙型肝炎病人心理健康状况较差,良好的社会支持有助于提高病人的心理健康水平。

A study on the status quo of psychological health and social supports of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hepatitis B

Objective：To probe into the status quo of psychological health and the level of perceived social supports of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with hepatitis B,to identify the correlation between them. Methods： A total of 148 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with hepatitis B were selected as test group. Another 90 healthy individuals were as control group. All two group cases were investigated by filling out SCL - 90 and perceived social support scale （PSSS）. Results：There were statistical significant differences between two groups in terms of SCL - 90 each factor scorings and inside family support scorings. However, there were no statistical significant differences in terms of overall social support and outside family support scorings between the two groups. The scorings of SCL - 90 of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with hepatitis B were negatively correlated with their social support scorings. Conclusion：The psychological health of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with hepatitis B was poor. Favorable social support is helpful for improvement of their psychological health.
