回、汉族代谢综合征患者血浆脂联素水平及相关因素的研究

目的观察回、汉族代谢综合征（MS）患者血浆脂联素（ADPN）水平并探讨ADPN水平与MS、民族、性别的关系。方法根据国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）2005年颁布的有关MS的诊断标准，选取满足MS诊断条件的回、汉族患者为病例组（MS组，其中回族71例，汉族105例），健康回、汉族人群为对照组（CO组，其中回族52例，汉族37例）。ELISA法测定血浆ADPN水平，比较MS患者与健康对照组间、回汉族间、不同性别间ADPN水平差异。结果不论回族还是汉族，MS患者ADPN水平均低于健康对照组（P〈0．05）；男性ADPN水平低于女性（P〈0．05）；回族各组ADPN水平均低于相对应汉族组（P〈0．05）。结论回、汉族MS患者ADPN水平均降低，ADPN水平在回汉族间、不同性别间存在差异。

Study on the plasma adiponectin level and relevant factors between Hui and Han patients with metabolic syndrome
