利多卡因雾化吸入治疗激素依赖型哮喘

目的：观察雾化吸入利多卡因在激素依赖型哮喘中的治疗作用。方法：治疗组11例，采用2％利多卡因溶液化吸吸入，对照组10例，给予生理盐水雾化吸入。2周后，所有患者激素量减半，分别测两组患者激素减量前及激素减量2周后FEV1及症状评分。结果：治疗组激素减量前后FEV1及症状评分无明显差异（P＞0．05）。对照组激素减量后FEV1较减量前下降，症状分较减量前升高，其差异有显著性（P＜0．05），结论：利多卡因雾化吸入治疗有助于激素依赖型哮喘患者减少激素剂量及症状控制。

Treatment of steroid dependent asthma with lidocaine inhalation

Objective: To evaluate the effects of the inhalation of lidocaine on the treatment of steroid dependent asthma.Methods: eleven patients with steroid dependent asthma were inhaled 2% lidocaine solution as experimental group,and ten patients with steroid dependent asthma were inhaled 0.9% sodium chloride solution as controled group. After two weeks,a dose of corticosteroid decreased to half of the dose before in all patients.Observe their FEV 1 and symptom scope before the dose of corticosteroid decreased and two weeks after the dose of corticosteroid decreased.Results: In experimental group,before and after the dose of corticosteroid decreased the level of FEV 1 and symptom scope showed no significant difference (P>0.05).In controled group,two weeks after the dose of corticosteroid decreased,FEV 1 and symptom deterioration was significant (P<0.005).Conclusion: Lidocaine inhalation may help the asthma patient with steroid dependence reduce their dose of corticosteroid,and help control their symptom.
