视欣二结合治疗青少年近视疗效观察

目的　探讨视欣二结合治疗青少年近视的疗效。方法　经眼科检查后,选取假性近视和轻度近视青少年患者98例196眼。根据使用调节麻痹药物后屈光度的变化将患眼分为假性近视组A(18例),混合性近视组B(35例)和低于3.00D的轻度近视组C(25 例)及配镜组D(20 例)。将假性近视组A随机化分为视欣二结合组A1 和双星明眼液组A2;B、C组为视欣二结合治疗组;D1组为配镜联合视欣二结合间断治疗组。结果　对假性近视,视欣二结合治疗组疗效优于双星明眼液组(t=2.52, P<0 05);视欣二结合治疗青少年混合性近视能提高患者视力,改善屈光度(tv=8.66, P<0 01; td=2.56, P<0.05);视欣二结合治疗真性近视能改善视力(t=3.80,P<0.01),但屈光度无改善;视欣二结合有助于戴镜患者视力稳定,而屈光度变化无显著差异(tv=5.31, P<0.01; td=0.66, P>0 05)。结论　视欣二结合可提高近视患者视力,纠正调节痉挛所致的假性近视,不能纠正真性近视性屈光不正。

Observation on two combinations of Shixin for the treatment of juvenile myopia

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Shixin two combinations for treatment of juvenile myopia.Methods Ninty-eight adolescent (196 eyes) with pseudomyopia and mild myopia were assigned to pseudomyopia group (group A 18 cases),mixed myopia group (group B 35 cases),less than 3.00 diopter myopia group(group C 25 cases) and spectacled group (group D 20 cases) according to the change of diopter after applying the drug for paralysing accommodation.And the cases with pseudomyopia for both eyes were randomly divided into the group A1 and the group A2,the group A2 were treated with tropicamide eye drops; the group B,C were treated with two combinations of Shixin; in addition,the group D1 were treated by associating spectacle with two combinations of Shixin.Results Two combinations of Shixin had a better effect than tropicamide eye drops for pseudomypia(t=2.52,P<0.05); The visual acuity and diopter of juvenile mixed myopia was improved by the two combinations of Shixin(t_v=8.66,P<0.01;t_d=2.56,P<0.05);The visual acuity of true myopia was improved(t=3.80,P<0.01),but the diopter of true myopia couldn't be corrected by it;The two combinations of Shixin were beneficial to the stability of visual acuity of the spectacled(t=5.31,P<0.01),but the stability of diopter were not significant(t=0.66,P>0.05).Conclusion Shixin two combinations can improve the visual acuity,correct pseudomyopia induced by spasm,but it can't improve the ametropia of true myopia.
