PPH术前三种肠道准备效果的对比研究

目的:对比观察口服甘露醇、清洁灌肠和结肠水疗在PPH术前清洁肠道的效果。方法:将531例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组口服甘露醇,B组清洁灌肠,C组综合结肠水疗(结肠水疗配合开塞露塞肛、音乐疗法及腹部按摩),比较三组患者舒适度、肠道清洁度、肠道清洁所需时间、首次排便时间。结果:与A组、B组相比,C组患者舒适度、肠道清洁度、术后首次排便时间控制最佳(P<0.05),A、B两组在肠道灌洗时间、术后首次排便时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:综合结肠水疗可能是PPH术目前一种最佳的肠道准备方法。但特殊患者可根据患者个体情况选择合适的肠道清洁方法。

Comparative study on the effect of PPH pre-operative bowel preparation

Objective：To observe the effects of the three ways of he intestinal tract preparation before procedure for prolapse hemorrhoids（PPH）：oral Mannitol,cleaning enema and colon spa hydrotherapy.Methods：Chose the 531 samples of sufferer and divide them into three parts：the group A was oral mannitol,the group B was cleaning enema,the group C was colon hydrotherapy,then we compare the sufferer′s comfortness,cleanness of enena,the spending time of clean enema,and the time of first defecating.Results：The group C was more superior than group A and group B in enema cleanness obviously and the time was longer than group A and group B（P0.05）,The group A and group B on the postoperative defecate time difference have no cleanness of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Colon spa hydrotherap may be PPH art a the best of current intestinal preparation,but some special sufferers appropriate enema cleanness technic according to the individual′s status.
