| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨持续质量改进在NICU护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:通过修订护理质量各项检查考核标准,督促检查和评价环节管理,对存在的护理问题不断总结整改。结果:护理质量稳步上升,患者及家属满意度提高。结论:将持续质量改进应用于NICU护理质量管理中建立了一个良性循环模式,有效地控制了不良因素的发生,确保了护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of continuous quality improvement applied in nursing quality management of NICU.Methods:By editing various inspection and assessment standard of nursing quality,supervise and urge management in inspection and assessment,and keep on summarizing,rectifying and reforming the existing problems in nursing.Results:Nursing quality keeps upgrading,and degree of satisfaction of patients and the family goes up.Conclusion:By applying continuous quality improvement in NICU nursing quality management to set up a virtuous circle pattern,we can effectively control the occurrence of bad factors and guarantee the nursing quality. |
