| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨目标管理理论在临床护理中的应用效果。方法:2009年3月～2012年3月我院采用目标管理理论对临床科室进行管理,比较实施前后护理质量、护士长综合素质及患者满意度。结果:目标管理理论实施后基础护理、护理文件书写及护理服务规范等护理质量明显高于实施前(P<0.05),护士长业务能力、沟通能力及管理思路等明显优于实施前(P<0.05),患者满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:运用目标管理理论管理临床科室,可明显提高护理质量及护士长综合素质,改善护患关系。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the application and effect evaluation of target management theory in clinical nursing.Methods：From March 2009 to March 2012,target management theory were used to manage clinical departments.Nursing quality,head nurses′ comprehensive quality and patient satisfaction were compared between pre-and post implementation.Results：Nursing after target management theory implementation including quality including basic nursing,nursing document writing and nursing safety greatly improved（P0.05）.Compared with before intervention,the professional ability,communication ability and management idea of head nurses′ comprehensive quality and patient satisfaction after intervention greatly increased（P0.05）.Conclusions：Target management theory for clinical nursing can greatly improve the nursing quality,head nurses＇ comprehensive quality and nurse-patient relationship. |
