用左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效评价

目的:评价左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法:将108例复治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各54例,其中治疗组使用3HRZEV/6HREV方案,对照组使用3HRZE/6HRE方案,疗程均为9月;给药2,5,8月后检测患者痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率,以及观察患者症状改善情况、ADR情况,评价两组治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:痰菌阴转率治疗组(94.44%)高于对照组(79.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病灶吸收率治疗组(94.44%)明显高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:用左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核临床疗效显著,且ADR少,临床值得推广与应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Refractory Tuberculosis Using Levofloxacin Combined with Anti-tuberculosis Regimens

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of refractory tuberculosis（TB） using levofloxacin combined with anti-tuberculosis regimens. Methods： One hundred and eight cases of smear positive TB patients retreating were randomly allocated to therapy group （54 cases） and control group （54 cases）. The therapy group was treated with 3HRZEV/6HREV scheme, while the control group was treated with 3HRZE/6HRE scheme, and the both courses of treatment were 9 months. Examining the sputum negative conversion rate and focusing absorption rate, and observing the improvement of symptoms of the patients and adverse reaction of the treatment, and assessing both treatment effect, at the end of 2nd month, 5th month and 8th month respectively. Results： In therapy group, sputum negative conversion rate was 94.44%, higher than control group＇s by 79.63%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The therapy group＇s absorption rate was 94.44%, was significantly higher than the control group by 66.67%, and the differ- ence was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The results of the study showed that the clinical efficacy of refractory tuberculosis using levofloxacin combined with anti-tuberculosis regimens is significant, and there is little ad- verse reaction. It is worth clinical application.
