胶囊内镜检查病人的护理干预

目的:探讨在胶囊内镜检查过程中如何提高病人舒适度,顺利完成检查。方法:对46例具有消化道症状的病人应用胶囊内镜寻找原发病灶检查过程中实施有效的护理干预措施。结果:46例行胶囊内镜检查的病人中,发现异常者42例,阳性率为91.30%,病人未出现不适反应,检查顺利,无并发症发生。结论:有效护理干预措施能取得病人的积极配合,可顺利完成胶囊内镜检查,提高疾病诊断准确率。

Nursing intervention in capsule endoscopy patients.

Objective：To explore how capsule endoscopy in the process of improving patients＇ comfort,the successful completion of cheeks. Methods：On 46 cases of application of capsule endoscopy in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms to find primary focus cheeks in the process of implementing an effective nursing interventions. Results ：46 routine of capsule endeseopy in the patient ,42 patients found an exception ,positive rate was 91.30% ,the patients did not appear discomfort reaction, cheek the smooth,without complications. Conclusion：Effective nursing intervention to patients positive tie, successful completion of capsule endoscopy,improve disease diagnosis accurate rate.
