肿瘤化疗后60例骨髓抑制患者的护理体会

目的:探讨化疗后骨髓抑制患者的护理要点。方法:观察60例骨髓抑制患者出现的问题,并采取相应的护理措施。结果:经积极治疗和精心护理,平均5 d白细胞恢复至4×109/L以上,无1例死亡。结论:根据骨髓抑制的程度加强健康宣教、心理疏导、基础护理及保护性隔离,预防感染和出血,使患者安全渡过了骨髓抑制期,提高了肿瘤患者治疗的安全性和依从性。

The nursing experience of 60 cases bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.

Objective：To investigate the nursing points of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy. Methods：Take appropriate care meas- ures to deal with the observed problems in 60 cases of patients with bone marrow suppression. Results：After positive treatment and careful nursing ,with an average of 5 days, white cells restore to 4 × 109/L or more, no one death. Conclusion： Based on the extent of bone marrow suppression,it is very important that enhancing health education, psychological counseling, basic nursing and protective isolation and preventing infection and hemorrhage, which is benefit for the patients to ride bone marrow suppression, improve the safety and compliance of cancer therapy.
