用麻杏石甘汤干预治疗感染性肺炎对照试验的评价

目的:评价麻杏石甘汤为主方干预治疗感染性肺炎的疗效。方法:利用万方数据库、中国期刊全文等数据库,检索麻杏石甘汤、肺炎为关键词,用经方麻杏石甘汤为主方干预治疗肺炎的随机对照研究。结果:检索的41个随机对照研究中,共纳入3970例患者,经Meta分析,结果提示用麻杏石甘汤为主方干预治疗肺炎的临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其相对危险度(relative rise,RR()95%,CI)为0.8(90.86,0.92)。结论:采用麻杏石甘汤为主方干预治疗感染性肺炎的疗效是满意的。

Evaluation on Effect in Infectious Pneumonia of Intervention Treatment with Maxingshigan Mixture

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Maxingshigan mixture treatment on infectious pneumonia. Methods： Using Wanfang data, China journal full-text database, etc., the author searched for the key words of Maxingshigan mixture and pneumonia, and used randomized controlled Maxingshigan mixture intervention in the treatment of pneumonia. Results： In 41 cases of randomized controlled study, 3 970 patients were involved. The results suggested that the clinical efficacy of Maxingshigan mixture intervention in the treatment of pneumonia was better than the con- trol group after Meta analysis. The difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05） and the relative risk （RR） （95%, CI） was 0.89 （0.86, 0.92）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Maxingshigan mixture in the treatment of infectious pneumonia is satisfactory.
