满意度调查在优质护理服务中的应用

目的:探讨患者满意度调查在优质护理服务中的应用。方法:采用自制调查表,对优质护理服务试点病房每月进行满意度调查,并对调查结果进行分析比较,及时反馈,及时整改。结果:与同期相比2011年满意度高于2010年,特别是在健康指导,费用清单的发放和解答,护理级别和饮食要求了解,各种检查目的、注意事项、时间、地点的告知,出院相关指导等方面满意度有明显的提升。结论:通过对患者满意度调查,并针对调查中存在的问题采取相应护理干预措施,能促进优质护理服务内涵质量及患者满意度的提高。

Application of satisfaction investigation in high quality nursing service.

Objective ：To explore the effect of patient＇s satisfaction intervention used in high quality nursing, Methods：Self- made questionnaires for quality pilot wards nursing service satisfaction were surveged each month, and compared and analyzed the results,timely feedback,timely rectification. Results ：2011 satisfaction compared with higher than in 2010, especially in the health guide, cost issue and to the list of answer, nursing level and dietary requirements un- derstanding purpose various checks, notes, time, place, inform, and discharge instructions of satisfaction in such areas there was a clear upgrade. Conclusion： Through patient satisfaction survey ,and tackle problems in the investigation has taken the appropriate nursing interventions as a means to promote quality im- provement of connotative quality of care and patient satisfaction.
