心理干预对甲状腺机能亢进患者术前的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对甲状腺机能亢进症患者术前BP、HR、焦虑的影响。方法:选择甲状腺机能亢进症手术患者98例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组常规护理及术前准备7 d,观察组除常规护理及术前治疗外,有专人进行心理及行为干预治疗7 d,比较两组患者干预前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)及焦虑程度的变化。结果:干预后观察组SBP、DBP、HR及焦虑程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极有效的心理干预措施可以降低甲亢患者术前心血管应激反应,减轻焦虑症状。

The effects of the psychological intervention on preoperative of hyperthyroidism patients

Objective： ：To investigate the effect of psychological interventionon preoperative cardiovascular and psychic stress reaction of hyperthyroidism pa- tients. Metheds：98 hyperthyroidism suigery patients were randomly divided into two groups：49 cases in the treatment group and 49 cases in the control group. Control group with the routine care and preoperative preparation for 7 d. Treatment group ： routine care and preoperative treatment, based on specific psychological and bahavior intervention for 7 d treatment, and record the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and self- rating anxiety scale before intervention and after intervention. Results： After intervention the SBP, DBP, HR, SAS of treatment group were lower than in control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：The positive and effective psychological intervention could reduce the preoperative cardiovascular stress reaction and levels of anxiety symptoms in hyperthyroidism patient.
