不同级别医院优质护理服务工作现状调查

目的:了解不同级别医院优质护理服务工作开展的现状,分析其影响因素,为卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,调查四川省绵阳市30家医院优质护理服务工作情况,并进行汇总分析。结果:6所三级医院总平均分为(95.35±0.75)分,24所二级医院总平均分为(91.63±3.27)分。不同级别医院在临床护理管理、支持保障方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同级别医院需突破制约因素,根据自身实际情况采取相关措施推行优质护理服务工作。

Investigation the present situation of different levels hospital in high quality nursing service.

Objective ： To understand the different level hospital high quality nursing service of the present situation of the work, analyze the influencing fac- tors ,and to provide basis for the administrative department of public health decision. Methods ： Self - designed questionnaire survey in mianyang city, sichuan province 30 hospital nursing service quality work, summarize and analysis. Results：Total 6 tertiary hospitals average （95.35±0.75 ）points ,24 a score of the second class hospitals averaged （91.63±3.27 ）points. Different levels in clinical nursing management, hospital support care difference was statistically sig- nificance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Different levels should break through the restriction factor hospital, according to its actual situation to take measures relat- ed to promote high quality nursing service work.
