| 摘 要： | 为探讨二维彩色多普勒血流显像（２Ｄ－ＣＤＦＩ）检测下肢慢性静脉瓣功能不全（ＣＶＩ）的价值，２６例３０条ＣＶＩ下肢静脉进行了２Ｄ－ＣＤＦＩ和静脉穿刺造影检查。结果表明：ＣＶＩ下肢静脉和静脉瓣形态失常，乏氏法和挤压法后异常静脉节段显示逆向彩色血流和返流频谱。以逆向彩色血流或返流时间＞０．５秒做为诊断静脉瓣返流的标准，其敏感性分别为７４．２％、９５．６％，特异性８８．５％、６９．２％和准确性７７．３％、８９．１％。本文提示２Ｄ－ＣＤＦＩ是评价ＣＶＩ有价值的实用方法

| Abstract: | To diagnose chronic venous insufficiency(CVI)of the lower limbs,two dimensional color Doppler flow imaging was used and compared with popliteal venous puncture phlebography in 30 cases.Results:Venous vessels and its valvular morphology were abnormal.Color Doppler demonstrated retrograde color flow signals.Doppler spectra displayed reversal flow during Valsalva test and compression maneuver applied on the abnormal venous segments.Retrograde color flow signal or reflux time>0 5 sec was regarded as the criterion for diagnosing venous valvular reflux.The sensitivities of these two conducts above mentioned were 74 2%,95 6%,specificities 88 5%,69 2% and accuracies 77 3%,89 1%.accordingly. |
