贵州野生与栽培山苍子油的提取与GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的为贵州山苍子的提取工艺和引种栽培提供科学依据。方法用正交实验优化水蒸气蒸馏的提取条件,从野生和栽培的山苍子果实中提取山苍子油,并用GC-MS对其进行定性定量分析。结果通过对正交试验结果的比较得出最优化的提取条件,并用GC-MS定性定量分析两者所含成分异同及相对百分含量。结论栽培与野生山苍子油的主要化学成分基本相同,且栽培的出油率更高,可以大力推广栽培种植。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The study can provide scientific theory for extraction and cultivation technologies of Guizhou Litsea cubeba. METHODS With steam distillation extraction method, cubeba fruits essential oil was extracted from the wild and cultivated fruits cubeba. The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal test methods. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of cubeba fruits essential oil were carried out with GC-MS. RESULTS The optimum conditions were concluded by comparing the results of orthogonal test methods. And chemical components and relative contents were identified by GC-MS. CONCLUSION The chemical components of the wild and cultivated cubeba fruits essential oil were similar. And the cultivated Litsea cubeba contains much more essential oil than the wild. So it can be cultivated widely.
