紫苑、款冬花、白芷佐治毛细支气管炎患儿100例疗效观察

目的观察紫苑、款冬花、白芷佐治毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法160例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组100例,对照组60例,对照组给予抗感染、吸氧,口服β2受体激动剂等西医综合治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用紫苑,款冬花,白芷三味中药。观察2组症状、体征改善情况并作统计学分析。结果治疗组喘憋症状缓解、哮鸣音消失及总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论紫苑,款冬花,白芷佐治毛细支气管炎疗效明显。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Radixasteris,Common Coltsfoot Flower and Dahurian Angelica Root in Treatment of Bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Radixasteris,Common Coltsfoot Flower and Dahurian Angelica Root on the patients with bronchiolitis.Methods 160 children patients with bronchiolitis were randomly allocated into two groups（treatment group and comparison group）.60 patients treated with anti-infectives,anti-virus,oxygen,β2-adrenergic receptor agonists,et（comparison group）.Besides treated with what were mentioned above,100 patients were administrated with Radixasteris,Common Coltsfoot Flower and Dahurian Angelica Root（treatment group）.The duration of pant and wheeze and days in hospital were recorded.Results The duration of pant and wheeze and days in hospital were shorter in treatment group than that in comparison group.The diference was significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Radixasteris,Common Coltsfoot Flower and Dahurian Angelica Root have synergetic effect in treatment of bronchiolitis,and they can apparently improve symptoms,shorten the length of hospitalization of patients.
