新生儿眼病筛查的技术探讨

目的研究新生儿眼病筛查模式,对新生儿眼病筛查技术进行探讨。方法通过对光刺激反应,外眼检查,红光反射及眼底检查对2002．03．04至2005．04．02济南市妇幼保健院出生的新生儿进行眼病筛查,初筛通过者进入正常儿童保健查体程序,未通过筛查,确诊有眼病的新生儿,对其进行干预或治疗,对于可疑病例进行复筛。结果共筛查了18478人,筛查率为88．8%,筛查总通过率84．5%,初筛眼病检出率11．9%,47例新生儿因病情比较复杂转入专业眼科治疗。结论新生儿眼病筛查的顺利开展需要合理的筛查程序及眼科、新生儿科和儿童保健知识的熟练掌握及有效配合。

Study on the technique of newnatal eye-disease screening modle

Objective To research the modle of newnatal vision screening,to explore the technique of newnatal eye-disease screening.Methods The eye-disease screening was performed on the neonates who were born in Jinan women and children health care hospital from March 4th,2002 to April 2nd,2005.The protocols included reaction to light stimulation,examination of external eye,reflection to red light and examination of fundus.The normal in the first screening came into the procedure of the normal children health care examination,the abnormal in the first screening who were diagnosed for any eye-disease accepted the intervention and treatment and the suspeetable cases were examined again.Results 18478 neonates accepted eye-disease screening,the screening rate was 88,8%,the normal rate was 84.5%,the abnormal rate in the in'st screening was 11.9%.47 complicated cases were refered to specialized department of ophthalmology for further treatment.Conclusion To develop newnatal eye-disease screening successfully,comprehensive knowledge of ophthalmology,paediatrics,children health care and rational screening procedure are needed.
