腹腔镜治疗婴幼儿腹股沟疝42例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜下进行婴幼儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎手术的方法、疗效及优缺点。方法 对42例婴幼儿腹股沟疝行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术病例进行回顾性总结。结果 全部病例均成功完成手术，手术时间15-25min，平均住院1．5d，预后好，无并发症。结论 腹腔镜治疗婴幼儿腹股沟疝是一种简单、安全、创伤小且术后恢复快的微创手术方法。

Clinical application research of the treatments of inguinal hernia in infantile patients by laparoscopy(a report of 42 cases)

[Objective] To investigate the methods, the curative effect and the relative merits of laparoscopic closure of internal orifice of inguinal hernia in infantile patients. [Method] 42 cases inguinal hernia operated by laparoseopie closure of internal orifice were retrospectively summarized. [Results] All the 42 patients were successfully operated. The mean operation time was 15-25 mins. The average length of postoperated stay was 1.5 days. There are no complication and no recurrence. [Conclusion] The results indicate that laparoseopie closure of internal orifice of hernia in infants is a simple ,effective and minimal invasive surgical method.
