膀胱癌患者Ⅱ型环氧合酶和血管内皮生长因子的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨Ⅱ型环氧合酶(Cox-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法对139例BTCC以及36例正常膀胱组织中的Cox-2和VEGF进行检测。结果:Cox-2的阳性率在T_(a~1)和T_(2~4)分别为34.3%和75.0%(P0.001);Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级的表达率分别为33.9%和81.8%(P0.001)。VEGF的阳性表达率在T_(a~1)和T_(2~4)分别为23.9%和79.2%(P0.001);Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级的表达率分别为32.2%和84.8%(P0.001)。BTCC组织中COX-2与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.607,P0.05)。结论:Cox-2和VEGF可以作为了解BTCC生物学行为的有效指标。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of Cox-2 and VEGF and the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods:The expressions of Cox-2 and VEGF were studied by immunohistochemistry in 139 cases of bladder cancer , 36 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results:The positive rate of Cox-2 in different group were as follow : T0-1 34.3% , T2-4 75.0% (P〈 0. 05), the expression rate were Ⅰ 33.90/00, Ⅲ 81.8% (P〈0.05). The positive rate of VEGF in different group were as follow: Ta-1 23.9% ,T2-4 79.2% (P〈0. 05) ,the expression rate were Ⅰ 32.2%, Ⅲ 84.8% (P〈0.05). The expression of Cox-2 was posi- tively correlated with that of VEGF( r= 0. 607, P〈0. 05). Conclusions:The expression of Cox-2 and VEGF may be parameters for understanding the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
