复方丹参联合阿司匹林对大鼠糖尿病肾脏病的作用

摘    要:目的研究复方丹参联合阿司匹林对大鼠糖尿病肾脏病的治疗作用及其机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)诱导大鼠糖尿病肾脏病模型,模型成功后随机分为糖尿病肾脏病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)对照组、阿司匹林(A)治疗组、复方丹参(s)治疗组、复方丹参联合阿司匹林(A+S)治疗组。给药4周后检测各组大鼠空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、尿24h微量白蛋白(microalbumin,mAlb)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、血栓素(thromboxane,TX)B2、转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF)β1mRNA,并观察各组动物肾组织形态学。结果与DKD对照组相比,(A+S)组FBG、BUN、SCr、尿24hmAlb、MDA、TXB2、TGF-β1mRNA均明显降低(P〈0.05),肾组织纤维化也明显减轻。结论复方丹参联合阿司匹林对大鼠糖尿病。肾脏病有治疗作用,其改善作用与降低血糖、抗氧化席激损伤和改善肾脏微循环等有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects and the mechanism of compound salvia plus aspirin in curing diabetic kidney disease(DKD) in rats. Methods The DKD rats were randomly divided into four groups: the control group, the aspirin group, the compound salvia group and the aspirin plus compound salvia group. After treatment for 4 weeks, fasting blood-glucose (FBG), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine ( SCr ), 24-h urine microalbuminuriam (mAlb), malonaldehyde ( MDA ), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) were determined and histological changes in renal tissues in rats were observed. Results As compared with the control group, FIAG, BUN, SCr,24-h u- rine mAlb,MDA,TXB2, TGF-β1 mRNA in compound salvia group and aspirin group were decreased significantly (P〈0. 05 ) and renal fibrosis was alleviated significantly, too. Conclusions Compound salvia plus aspirin can treat DKD in rats, which may contributed to the Blood glucose lowering, anti-ox- idation,and improvement of the kidney microcirculation.
