氨苯砜治疗淋病后慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

目的　观察氨苯砜治疗淋病后慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法　将 91例患者随机分成 2组 ,其中治疗组 58例 ,服用氨苯砜 (DDS) 50mg ,西咪替丁 0 .2 g ,均 3次 /d ;对照组 3 3例 ,服西咪替丁 0 .2g ,3次 /d。两组均用药 4周。 结果　治疗组和对照组治愈率、有效率分别为 48.2 8% ,74.14 %和 18.18% ,3 9.3 9% ,两者差异有高度显著性 (P均 <0 .0 0 5)。3例患者出现不良反应 ,其中 2例溶血性贫血 (1例G 6 PD缺乏 ) ,1例药物性肝炎。结论　氨苯砜治疗淋病后慢性前列腺炎有一定的疗效

Efficacy of Dopsone in the Treatment of Post - Gonorrhea Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To observe the effect of Dopsone in the treatment of post-gonorrhea chronic prostatitis. Methods 91 cases were randomly divided into to w groups,treatment group(58 cases) was treated with Dopsone 50mg,tid and cimetid ine 0.2g,tid for 4 weeks.Control group(33 cases) was treated with cimet idine 0.2g,tid for 4 weeks.Outcomes were assessed by observing the improvement of patients symptoms and microscopic examination of prostatic secretions just before and after the p roce- dure. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate of tr eatment group and control group were 48.28%,74.14%and 18.18%,39.39% res pectivel y.There were significantly statistical difference betwere them(P<0.005).Mean while,Dopsone produced side-effects on 3 case patients,two had haemolysis anae mia(one occurs in patient with glucose-6-dehydrogenase deficiency)and one had drug hepatitis. Conclusion Dopsone is an effective medicine to treat post -Gonorrhea chronic prostatitis.
