| 摘 要： | 目的：研究VM26及10－HCPT等化疗药物对有肝癌细胞的体外联合杀伤作用。方法：采用MTT比色分析法测定不同组合的化疗药物对人肝癌细胞株SMMC－7721的抑制率。结果：以VM26加10－HCPT对人肝癌细胞株的抑制率最高，呈明显的协同作用，且抑制率随药物浓度的增加而增加。结论：VM26加10－HCPT对人肝癌细胞株具有明显的抑制作用，可作为临床用药的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cytotoxicity of 10 hydroxyl Camptothecin (10 HCPT) and Teniposide (VM 26 ) on human heptocellular carcinoma cell line in vitro.Methods:The MTT assay was used for the inhibition rate of the different combination of anti tumor agents on human heptocellular carcinoma cell line.Results:The inhibition rate of VM 26 plus 10 HCPT was the highest value and was concentration dependent.Conclusion:The anti tumor agents of VM 26 plus 10 HCPT has marked inhibition effect on human heptocellular carcinoma cell,which can be used clinically. |
