| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑脊液乳酸(CSF-LA)测定在中枢神经系统疾病中的临床应用价值。方法检测经临床确诊的中枢神经系统疾病患者CSF中的乳酸、蛋白、白细胞、葡萄糖、氯,评价CSF-LA与其它指标的关系。结果CSF-LA与脑脊液蛋白、白细胞、氯含量显著相关。CSF-LA在疑似中枢神经系统感染组中明显升高。结论CSF-LA测定对中枢神经系统疾病的诊断及是否感染的鉴别诊断具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical role of cerebrospinal fluid lactic acid(CSF-LA) assay in diseases of central nervous system(CNS).Methods CSF samples were collected from patients diagnosed as CNS diseases.Lactic acid,protein,white blood cell(WBC),glucose and chloride in the CSF were detected.Results There were significant correlations between CSF-LA and protein,white blood cell,chloride in the CSF.A remarkable increase of CSF-LA was detected in the samples which were suspected to be infected.Conclusion Detection of CSF-LA plays an instructive role in the diagnosis of CNS diseases and differential diagnosis of infection in CNS. |
