中药天年饮对衰老大鼠脑天门冬氨酸含量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠不同脑区兴奋性氨基酸天门冬氨酸(aspartic acid,Asp)含量的影响。方法:40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药组和阴性对照组,每组均为10只。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射建立亚急性衰老的大鼠模型。采用高效毛细管电泳法检测各组大鼠大脑皮质、海马、下丘脑Asp的含量。结果:衰老大鼠皮质、海马、下丘脑Asp的含量均明显高于衰老模型大鼠(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);中药天年饮可明显降低衰老大鼠皮质、海马、下丘脑Asp的含量(用药组与衰老模型组比较:P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论:中药天年饮可抑制衰老时Asp的异常释放,改善神经元的功能。

EFFECTS OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE TIANNIANYIN ON CONTENT OF ASPARTIC ACID IN BRAIN OF AGING RATS

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine tiannianyin on content of aspartic acid (Asp) in different brain region of aging rats.Methods:40 female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group, aging model group,tiannianyin group and negative control group,each group had 10 rats.The sub-acutely aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually.High performance capillary electropheresis (HPCE) was used to detect the contents of Asp in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in each group.Results:The content of Asp in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and hypothalamus of aging rats were obviously higher than that of normal rats (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine tiannianyin could obviously decrease the Asp content in cerebral cortex, hippocampus and hypothalamus of aging rats (tiannianyin group compared with aging model group:P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05).Conclusions: Traditional Chinese medicine tiannianyin can inhibit abnormal secretion of Asp during aging,so improve the function of neurons.
