汕头市2003-2005年健康人群麻疹抗体水平分析

摘    要:目的了解汕头市麻疹疫苗(MV)接种效果和人群麻疹抗体水平。方法连续3年每年1个监测点,每个监测点随机抽取2~4岁、6~8岁、13~15岁健康人群各约60人,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果540人中抗体阳性526人,阳性率97.41%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1∶1441.99;444人抗体滴度达到保护水平,保护率为82.22%。各年龄组之间的GMT差别无统计学意义;各年(各监测点)之间的GMT差别有显著的统计学意义,但各监测点之间麻疹疫苗接种率差别无统计学意义。结论计划免疫运作方式与麻疹抗体水平存在一定的关系,在规范化预防接种门诊内进行接种是获得良好的免疫效果的关键。

Abstract:Objective To determine the efficacy of measels vaccine(MV)and the levels of anti-measels antibody in individuals after primary and supplementary immunization of MV in Shantou city.Methods This study was performed at 3 randomly selected monitoring stations,one station per year,for 3 consecutive years.The level of anti-measels antibody was measured in 60 healthy individuals from each age group(2-4;6-8;and 13-15 years of age).Results 97.41%(526 out of 540)of the individuals was sero-positive for measles.The geometric mean titres(GMT)for the anti-measels antibody was 1:1441.99.The antibody titres in 444 individuals reached a protective level,and the protecting rate was 82.22%.The difference among each age group was not significant.However,the results obtained from each monitoring station were significantly difference.Conclusion The differences in the results obtained from these 3 monitoring stations may be due to the different mode of operation of these stations.It is important to standardize the immunization in the clinic.
