经皮穿刺微波固化治疗肝癌疗效观察

摘    要:目的评价经皮穿刺微波凝固治疗(PMCT)原发性肝癌的疗效。方法在超声引导下对75例原发性肝癌HCC患者共106个肿瘤灶进行PMCT,随后定期进行超声、CT、AFP检查,判断是否消融完全。结果106个肿瘤结节经首次消融治疗后101个(95.3%)获得安全消融,AFP下降者占50%(38/75),本组治疗无死亡者,术后发热32例,表皮灼伤3例,结肠瘘1例。结论微波是现时比较理想的介入超声治疗肝癌的手段。PMCT费用相对低廉,易被接受,并且创伤小,痛苦少,安全可靠,并发症少。

Abstract:Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect of percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy(PMCT) on primary liver cancer.Methods 106 tumor focuses in 75 cases of patients with primary liver cancer were treated with PMCT under the ultrasonic guidance.After that all the patients were examined regularly by ultrasonic sound,CT and AFP examination to identify whether the ablation was complete or not.Results There were 101 tumor focuses(95.3%) of safe ablation.The proportion of ones whose AFP decreased was 50%(38/75).There was no dead case in this group.There were 32 cases with fever,3 cases with adustum of epidermis and 1 case with colonic fistula.Conclusion Microwave is a satisfied ultrasound intervntional therapy for liver cancer at present.The cost of PMCT is cheap,and it can be easily accepted,is safe and reliable with less pain,injury and complications.
