2型糖尿病患者出院后治疗依从性的调查及分析

目的了解2型糖尿病患者出院后综合治疗依从性现状,探讨影响因素,制定相应对策。方法采用问卷形式调查65例2005年9月-2006年4月曾住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者,评估其出院后药物治疗、饮食治疗、运动治疗、自我监测、定期复查等方面的依从情况。结果根据评分各治疗行为的依从性从高到低依次排序为药物治疗、饮食治疗、运动治疗、定期复查、自我监测;而一般客观因素对2型糖尿病患者综合治疗的依从性似乎无显著影响(均为P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者已逐渐接受糖尿病综合治疗,但是对自我监测和定期复查的治疗依从性还有待进一步提高。

An investigation on treatment compliance in type 2 diabetic patients after discharge from hospital

Objective To realize the compliance actuality of Post-discharge type 2 diabetic patients,discuss effect factor and institute correspond countermeasure for diabete integration treatment.Methods The compliance including reasonable drug,control food,action therapy,self supervision,further consultation with a doctor on time was surveyed in 65 type 2 diabetic patients,who dischargedfrom Yancheng Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from September 2005 to April 2006,with the self?designed compliance questionnaire.Results The compliance of reduction from the highest to the lowest is as follows: reasonable drug,control food,action therapy,self supervision,further consultation with a doctor on time.In addition the objective factors did not significantly impact patients′ compliance(P>0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients have gradually accept the diabete integration treatment.But it is still very important to providing Health Education intervention and enhancing the 2 diabetic patients′ recognition of self supervision,further consultation with a doctor on time.
