骨折患者院外康复训练的相关因素分析

目的：了解骨折患者院外康复训练的相关因素，以便为有针对性地加强康复训练知识的教育提供依据。方法：采用问卷法与访谈法相结合的方法，对126例骨折患者院外康复训练情况进行调查，数据均进行统计学处理。结果：本组患者院外康复训练行为与年龄、文化程度、有无配偶或家属参加，是否接受专业人员的康复指导因素相关。结论：文化程度较低，年龄在30～55岁无家属或配偶参与者应加强康复训练知识的教育，同时，进一步培养专业康复护士，临床护士应加强康复知识的学习，以便更好地为患者服务。

Analysis on The Related Factors of Rehabilitation Training in Fracture Outpatients

Objective:To know about the related factors of rehabilitation training in fracture outpatients,and to provide evidences for specially strengthening rehabilitation training education.Method:Combining questionmaire and interview,126 outpatients of fracture were investigated on rehabilitation trainig,their data were analyzed statistically.Result:The rehabilitation training of outpatients was related with age,educational level,folk or family participation and the professional nurse's guidance.Conclusion:The patients with pour education,at the age from 30 to 55 years,without folk or family participation should be educated at rehabilitation traing.Meanwhile,professional rehabilitation nurses should be trained furter.Clinical nurses should study more Knowledqe about rehabilitation for better servicing patients.
