气功外气对豚鼠心肌细胞动作电位的作用

摘    要:在11例豚鼠离体灌流的右心室乳头肌进行实验,将玻璃微电极插入乳头肌细胞内记录跨膜电位。气功师于距离标本0.5~1.5米处发放外气,记录发放气功外气5′、10′、15′、以及停止外气5′、10′、15′时心肌细胞的动作电位。心肌细胞实验结果用微电脑系统进行即时分析,由 BMC 型行列式打印机打印。本实验结果表明:气功外气可影响豚鼠右心室乳头肌动作电位的幅值和时程,表现在使APA降低,ERP和APD均缩短。这些变化在统计学上有高度显著的意义。气功外气对RP影响较少而对0相去极化Vmax无影响。非气功师发放的模拟外气无此作用。曾在6例进行重复试验,结果与原来数据相似。表明气功外气干扰了心肌细胞去极化和复极化过程。至于影响此过程的机理如何和涉及那些离子通道,有待进一步探讨。

Abstract:Experiments were carried on n isolated infused papillary muscles of right ventricles from guinea pigs. Glass microelectrode was inserted into myocardial cells for recording membrane potential.Qigong Waiqi (QGWQ) was delivered by two Qigong masters standing 0.5-1.5 meters apart from the specimen. Action potential of myocardial cells was recorded every 5 minutes for three times during the delivery of QGWQ and then for three 5 minutes after stopping the delivery of QGWQ. The recorded data were analysed spontaneously with a microcomputer system and the parameters were printed out immediately.Experimental results showed that QGWQ decreased APA significantly and shortened APD30, APD60, APD90 and ERP, but had only small effect on RP and no effect on Vmax of the O phase depolarization. Imitative Qigong Waiqi from usual person showed no such effect. It is suggested that QGWQ may show a suppressive effect on depolarization process and no or promotive effect on repolarization process of the action potential in guinea pig myocardial cells.
