妇科肿瘤患者心理状态调查

目的调查妇科肿瘤患者心理状态及其原因，为临床改善患者心理状态提供依据。方法采用非精神科患者心理状态评估量表及生活事件量表，调查分析225例妇科原发性肿瘤患者的心理状态，并分析其原因。结果三组焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、孤独及总分均以恶性肿瘤组得分最高（P〈0．05）。三组正性事件的刺激量以中恶性肿瘤组最低（P〈0．05）．三组负性事件频数及刺激量均以恶性肿瘤组最高（P〈0．05）；生活事件总频数和刺激量亦以恶性肿瘤组为最高（P〈0．01）。结论妇科肿瘤患者心理状态较差，以恶性肿瘤患者尤甚，患者对负性生活事件的关注和敏感度更高，积极的心理调整有助于改善患者心理状态。

The investigation of psychological state and causes of gynecological tumor patients

Objective To investigate the psychological state and the causes of gynecological tumors patients to provide the basis for improving the mental state of patients.Methods The psychological status of patients with Mental Status Scale in Non-psychiatric Settings and the Life Events Scale,analyzed the psychological state and causes of 225 cases with gynecological tumors.Results The three groups of anxiety,depression,anger,alone and total scores are the malignant group the highest score,the severity of the malignant group mental state were significantly higher than the benign group(P < 0.05).The amount of stimulation of the positive events in the malignant group were lowest(P < 0.05),three negative event frequency and stimulate the volume to the malignant group(P < 0.05);life events,the total frequency and amount of stimulation were also the malignant group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The poor state of mind in patients with gynecological tumors,particularly in patients with malignant tumors,greater attention and sensitivity of patients with negative life events,positive psychological adjustment to help improve patients’ mental state.
