实行预约挂号对病案信息管理的影响

实行预约挂号是建立在集中制挂号的基础上利用现代化的计算机网络挂号系统完成挂号、分诊,为病人提供优质的医疗资源。由于我院是精神病专科医院,纸质病案使用率高,每日出入库病案达900余份,就此产生的问题颇多,其中包括如何保证病人就诊时安全使用病案,并配合医院进行预约挂号改造,这样就为病案管理提出了新的更高的要求和目标,利用专业的病案数据库进行查询、检索,同时强化病案信息化,提高病案人员的人文教育和主动服务意识。

The influence of appointment register to the management of medical record information

The implementation of appointment register is established on the basis of centralized system of registration,then complete the registration and triage by modern computer networks registration system and provide quality health care resources for patients.For the hospital is a psychiatric hospital,has a high usage rate of paper medical records,and more than 900 medical records circulate everyday,a lot of problems are following : including how to ensure the safe use of medical records in patient treatment,and cooperate the hospital making appointment register transformation,this proposes new and higher requirements and objectives to medical record management.In this regard,the hospital should make the stringent requirements of medical record information, and at the same time to query,retrieve information by professional medical record database,and also improve the standard of medical record staffs’ humanistic education and their awareness of active service.
