缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片对高血压伴左心室肥厚逆转作用的比较

目的：评价缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片对高血压伴左心室肥厚的逆转作用并加以比较，以便临床更好用药。方法：将60例原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者随机分为缬沙坦组（80mg，qd）及硝苯地平控释片组（30mg，qd）。每组30例。两组均于服药前和服药后6个月时检测血压及超声心动图。结果：两组治疗后血压较治疗前均显著降低（P〈0．01），组间比较差异无统计学意义；治疗后超声心动图指标LVPWT、IVST、LVDd及LVMI较治疗前均明显下降（P〈0．05），而LVMI下降尤以缬沙坦组效果更佳（P〈0．05）。结论：缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片均具有降压和逆转左心室肥厚的作用，但缬沙坦对左心室肥厚的逆转作用相对更强，更利于临床应用。

Comparison of valsartan and nifedipine GITS on lowering blood pressure and reversing left ventrieular hypertrophy

Objective：To compare with valsartan and nifedipine GITS on lowering blood pressure and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy for choosing better clinical medicine.Methods＇60 patients of essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into valsartan group （80 mg,qd） and nifedipine GITS group （30 mg,qd）,every group had 30 cases. The blood pressure and ultrasonic cardiogram were detected in prior treatment and 6 months later.Results： The blood pressure of two groups were significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0.01）.There were no significant differences between the two groups.LVPWT, IVST,LVDd and LVMI were significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0.05） and the LVMI in valsartan group was significantly reduced than that in nifedipine GITS group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Both of valsartan and nifedipine GITS may lower blood pressure and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy,but valsartan is better than nifedipine GITS on reversing left ventrieular hypertrophy.
