| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法对止痛紫金丸中阿魏酸的含量进行测定。方法：色谱条件为：色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（200mm×4.6mm,5μ）;流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液（17∶83）;检测波长为316nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温35℃;进样量为10μl。结果：在0.03-0.30μg范围内,阿魏酸进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9995）;平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.1%（n=5）。结论：该法准确、快捷、灵敏、重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：The purpose of the use of high - performance liquid chromatography on pain pills Zijin ferulie acid were determined. Methods ： for chromatographic conditions ： column for Diamonsil C18（ 200mm×4.6mm,5μ ） ; mobile phase of aeetonitrile - 0. 085% phosphoric acid （ eighty-three past five μm. ） ; detection wavelength of 316nm ; a flow rate of 1.0ml/min ; column temper- ature 35℃ ; injection volume 10μl. Results： In the range of 0.03 -0.30μg, ferulic acid injection volume and peak area was a good linear relationship （r = 0. 9995） ; the average recovery, rate was 98.0% , RSD was 1.1% （n = 5）. Conclusion ：The method is accurate, fast, sensitive and reproducible. |
