摘    要:目的 研究康复功能训练对脑梗死大鼠大脑降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的影响。方法 采用60只SD大鼠制作脑梗死模型;24h后随机分为康复组和制动组;康复组每日给予平衡、抓握、旋转、行走等功能训练,制动组置于网状笼内固定,各组在24h,1,2,3和4wk检测CGRP表达。结果 康复组和制动组大鼠中枢神经系统中皮质、脊髓前角均出现CGRP阳性神经元,康复组反应比制动组强。结论 康复功能训练可引起CGRP表达增加,有促进神经功能恢复的作用。

Abstract:AIM To study the effect of rehabilitation training on the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in the brain of cerebral infracted rats. METHODS 60 SD rats were given cerebral infraction and 24 hours later divided into 2 groups at random: rehabilitation groups were given balancing, grasping, rotating and walking exercises everyday, braking groups were fixed in cages. Immunohistochemistry was used to intect the CGRP protein expression respectively 24 h, 1, 2, 3 and 4 wk after infraction. RESULTS The expression of CGRP increased in cortex and the front horn of the spine, and rehabilitation groups responds stronger than the baking groups. CONCLUSION Rehabilitation training can increase the expression of CGRP in the brain, and thus promote the recovery of rats' neural functions.
