| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后放置双条硅胶管接负压球引流创面加适度胸壁包扎对减少术后并发症的效果。方法将55例乳腺癌改良根治术病人随机分成两组,观察组40例,采用双条硅胶管接负压球引流创面加适度胸壁包扎;对照组15例,采用两条普通橡胶管接引流袋引流创面加胸壁弹力绷带加压包扎。结果两组病人引流量和术后并发症发生率存在明显差异（P值〈0.05）。结论双条硅胶管接负压球加适度胸壁包扎引流创面渗血,渗液更充分,更彻底。
