| 摘 要： | 目的:观察芥子咳喘膏治疗小儿急慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:120例急慢性支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用院内制剂芥子咳喘膏穴位外敷,对照组采用远红外止咳贴穴位外敷,观察治疗后患儿临床症状及体征的改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后咳嗽减轻、咳痰减少,肺部啰音减少,起效时间缩短,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:芥子咳喘膏穴位敷贴是治疗小儿急慢性支气管炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Jiezikechuan Ointment on acute and chronic Bronchitis of children.Methods:120 cases were divided into two group randomly,60 cases in each group.Jiezikechuan Ointment was used in acupoint by out-applied in therapeutic group.Far-infrared Stop Coughing Paste was used in control group.The change of clinical symptom was observed.Result:the effect of therapeutic group is superior to that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiezikechuan Ointment is a good effect to treat acute and chronic Bronchitis of children |
