| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒、万托林联合治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法:将112例儿童哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为对照组58例和治疗组54例。对照组静脉滴注地塞米松、氨茶碱,治疗组氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒、万托林,观察比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果:症状缓解、总显效率、肺功能改善情况,治疗组与对照组疗效相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)且未发现明显不良反应。结论:应用氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒、万托林为目前治疗儿童哮喘急性发作安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the effect of treating children afflicted with asthma by using Pulmicort Respulses and Ventolin. Methods:112 children afflicted with acute asthma were randomly divided into two groups: contrast group of 58 cases and treatment group of 54 cases.Contrast group received dexamethasone and aminophylline by I.V.while treatment group received Pulmicort Respulses and Ventolin.Observe and compared the effect and side effect of the two groups.Results: The significant difference was seen between the two groups after treatment.And no noticeable side effect was found.Conclusions: It is safe and effective to treat children afflicted with acute asthma by Pulmicort Respulses and Ventolin. |
