阴道探头在精囊疾病超声诊断中的应用

目的：探讨阴道探头在精囊疾病超声诊断中的使用价值。方法：使用阴道探头经直肠超声检查,获得精囊声像图资料,进行回顾分析。结果：经临床确诊的精囊声像图122例,包括正常精囊、急性精囊炎、慢性精囊炎、精囊囊肿、射精管囊肿、精囊结石和精囊转移癌等。结论：阴道探头虽然非专用经直肠超声探头,但应用于直肠内检查,也可获得高清晰的精囊疾病声像图,且操作简便、安全,对精囊疾病的诊断有重要的使用价值,值得推广应用。

The Application of Vaginal Probe in the Diagnosis of Seminal Vesicular Disease by Ultrasound
