护士分层使用中主管护士临床工作体验研究

目的：了解在分层使用中的主管护士的工作体验。方法：采用深度访谈法收集了8名主管护士、6名护士长和4名医生的资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果：主管护士在工作中的主要体验有5方面：主管护士工作重点是病人护理的质量和安全;主管护士参与病房的教学和管理工作;主管护士有培训需求;主管护士工作能提高护士的工作成就感;临床工作困惑。结论：分层使用增加了护士的工作主动性和责任心,提高了护理工作的系统性和科学性。

The charge nurses'' work experiences in the different-level nurse administration

Objective： This study aimed to understand the charge nurses’ work experiences in the different-level nurse administration. Methods： 8 charge nurses, 6 head nurses and 4 doctors were deeply interviewed and the information was analyzed by phenomenological method. Results： The work experience of the charge nurses included 5 aspects： ① the focus of the charge nurses’ work was the quality of nursing and the safety of the patients. ② the charge nurses participated into the teaching and manage- ment of the ward. ③ the charge nurses had training demands. ④ the charge nurses’ work could be benefit for the nurses’ feelings of achievement at their work. ⑤the charge nurses had the puzzlement on the clinical work. Conclusion： The nurses were used in different levels improved the nurses’ initiative and responsibility and increased the nursing systematism and scientificity.
