| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌研究领域的应用价值。方法：阅读国内外相关文献进行综述。结果：彩色多普勒超声的声像图特征诊断乳腺癌的准确率，可达85％，结合CDFI及CDE进一步提高了其准确率。结论：彩色多普勒超声不仅在乳腺癌的诊断方面具有很高的应用价值，在乳腺癌的治疗及评价预后也有一定的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the applicated value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer. Methods: Reading the related literatures home and abroad and recapitulating them. Results: The accurate rate of imaging with color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer reached up to 85%,which combined with CDFI and CDE could furtherly improve the accuracy. Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound is valuable in diagnosis ,treatment of breast cancer and assessment its prognosis. |
